Selection Process

Telephone Screening:

Ensures candidate has skill sets for the assignment

Personal Interview:

i. Personally conducted interview by Softira specialists
ii. Only candidates who have been briefed on the project and understand the approach are interviewed
iii. Candidates are judged against the following parameters:  
 
i. Technical ability
ii. Good Communication Skills
iii. Integrity
iv. Enthusiasm and commitment

Technical Interview:

i. Interview is conducted by Softira’s Information Services Specialists
ii. Candidates are screened for their in-depth technical abilities

Reference Verification:

Detailed technical and personal references from the candidate’s last two jobs are looked into.
